Can I get a refund after I move to the Earning Phase?

Yes, under specific conditions, you may be eligible for a refund after moving to the Earning Phase.

Refund Eligibility

Once you successfully pass the Challenge and reach the Earning Phase, your Challenge fee can be refunded as part of your trading progression.

The refund conditions depend on when the account was purchased:

Accounts purchased before April 29, 2026

  • Refunds are issued after achieving your 1st payout

  • Once your first payout is approved, your Challenge fee will be refunded accordingly

Accounts purchased on or after April 29, 2026

  • Refunds are issued after achieving your 3rd payout

  • You must successfully complete and receive three payouts before becoming eligible for a refund of your Challenge fee

Important Notes

  • Refunds are only applicable after reaching the required payout milestone

  • The refund is tied to successful performance in the Earning Phase

  • If payout conditions are not met, the refund will not be issued

  • This policy ensures a fair and performance-based progression for all traders
