      How to connect to cTrader

      If you have chosen cTrader as your platform when purchasing a challenge with The Trading Pit, follow these steps to set up your account and start trading:

      Step 1: Check Your Email

      Once you complete your challenge purchase, you will receive an email from cTrader (noreply@ctrader.com). This email contains your cTrader ID account number and instructions to set up your password.

      Step 2: Generate Your Password

      In the email, click on the 'Log in' button. You will be redirected to a page where you can create a password for your cTrader account.

      Step 3: Log in to cTrader

      Once your password is set, you can log in to cTrader Web, cTrader Desktop, or cTrader Mobile using your cTrader ID account number and newly created password.

      Step 4: Connect to The Trading Pit Server

      1. Open your cTrader platform.

      2. Select 'Login with cTrader ID'.

      3. Enter your cTrader ID account number and password.

      4. Click 'Log in'.

      Step 5: Start Trading

      Once connected, you can begin trading on your The Trading Pit Demo account.

      Important Notes:

      • If you do not receive the cTrader email, please check your spam/junk folder.

      • If you experience login issues, ensure that you have correctly entered your cTrader ID account number and password.
