Choosing your connection — when a platform asks which system or server to connect to, choose The Trading Pit’s connection. For Rithmic, select The Trading Pit gateway specifically — not a generic Rithmic system — so you’re routed to the correct servers with your demo account.

If login fails — first check you’re using the correct credentials and server for your account; if it still fails, contact our Trader Support team.
