What happens after I pass Level 10 of the Scaling Plan?

When you reach the 10th Level of our Scaling Plan, you will have a meeting with our management team to discuss how you would like to continue your career with us.

You will be offered a contract by The Trading Pit, where you will enjoy the flexibility to trade on your own time, utilizing your strategy, and your remuneration will be based on your performance.

Our management is interested in developing you as a trader in the asset management area and building a long-term relationship with you, as The Trading Pit is very well connected to the asset management and hedge fund industries through our former companies and the network of our Founders.

We would proudly introduce any of our talented partner traders to this network, where they can discuss opportunities with our asset management partners and even have the possibility to present their verified track record to hedge funds.

As we always try to make clear, our benefit is aligned with our traders, especially after they pass our Challenges and enter our Scaling Plan.
