How can I check why my account has been breached?

If your account has been breached, you can easily check the reason directly from your Dashboard. Follow the steps below:

Step 1: Go to the Client Area

Log in to your Client Area.

Step 2: Navigate to Your Accounts

In the menu, select Accounts.
You will see a list of your trading accounts.

Step 3: Select the Account

Click on the account number that you wish to review.
This will open the Dashboard for that account.

Step 4: Find the Breach Reason

At the top center of the Dashboard, next to your account number, you will see the reason why the account has been breached:
