What happens to inactive accounts?

Due to working with actual brokers for opening both Futures and CFD accounts, if you go 21 consecutive days without placing a trade, your demo account will be closed.

Important Note: In case you go inactive for 21 consecutive days and your account is closed, you will not be eligible for a new account or refund of the Challenge purchase, as we only offer refunds within the first 14 days of purchasing an account, as long as it has not been traded.
