How to Request Your Affiliate Commission

Affiliates can request their commission through the “Request Payment” button located on their Affiliate Portal Dashboard.

Before requesting payment, please ensure:
1. Your payment details are up to date.

2. You have met the minimum commission threshold required for the button to appear.

Requesting your payment:
1. Once the button is available, click “Request Payment”. You will be able to withdraw the full amount of the eligible commissions (no partial withdrawals).

 

 

2. A pop-up will display the amount eligible for payment (generated until the end of the previous month). Review your eligible commission amount. 

3. Select whether to auto-generate an invoice or upload your own.

4. Submit your payment request.


Our team will process your commission within 24 business hours after your request is submitted.

Important Notes:
If you have already submitted a payment request and attempt to click the “Request Payment” button again, the status will display the following notice until the payment has been completed: "Payment request is pending. Please wait for a response."


If your payment request is declined, you can view the reason in your dashboard by:

1. Navigating to the Payments section on the left-hand menu.

2. Checking the "Admin Message" field for details on why the request was declined.
