1. How do I log in for the first time?
After registering for the Affiliate Program, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Use your registered email and password to log in at:

2. Where do I find my referral links (including sub-affiliate link)?

Affiliate Referral Link (for inviting traders):
Go to Affiliate Dashboard → Main Screen → Promote -
Sub-Affiliate Link (for inviting other affiliates):
Go to Affiliate Dashboard → Sub Affiliates → Sub Affiliates Link
3. How does the payment/commission process work?

Standard Commission: 10% of each Challenge purchase by your referrals.

Minimum Payout Request: $100

Payout Methods: Bank Transfer, SEPA/SWIFT, Crypto, or E-Wallets

Payout Frequency: Monthly (e.g., commissions earned in August become withdrawable in early September).
4. Where do I find marketing materials for social media?
In your Affiliate Portal → Marketing Tools → All Marketing Tools
You’ll find ready-to-use banners, images, and promotional text.
⚠️ Affiliates must use only approved materials or request approval for custom content.
5. Why do some clients I introduce not remain under my account?
Common reasons include:

The client didn’t register with your link.

They used a browser/device without clearing cookies.

They registered under another affiliate.
6. How do I use affiliate commissions to purchase a challenge?
Contact support@thetradingpit.com and request to use your affiliate balance toward a challenge purchase.
7. Where do I upload KYC documents and payment details?
Go to Affiliate Portal → Click your email (bottom left corner) → Account Settings → Documents
Upload:

KYC: ID or Passport

Payment Details: As required for your chosen payout method
8. How do I update my payment method?
Go to Affiliate Portal → Click your email (bottom left corner) → Account Settings → Payment Details
9. When can affiliates request payouts?
Affiliates can request payouts if:

Balance is at least $100

KYC is verified
-
Payment method is completed
